Summary:Meta is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our Global Administrative Specialist program team. This role will support complex and high-volume calendaring, travel planning, and expense reporting for a number of clients. Administrative Specialists provide remote support to clients across the Company and its locations. This is a full time position.Required Skills:Administrative Specialist Responsibilities:Provide remote high-volume calendaring, travel, and expense supportProvide Administrative services during designated support hoursManage complex calendars for multiple clientsSchedule internal and external meetings for multiple clientsSchedule and manage recurring and ad-hoc meetings and room bookings across campusesLearn and utilize internal and external tools to provide calendar supportEstablish ongoing relationship and communications with clients to learn business priorities and apply to supportPartner with clients and other Administrative Specialists for meeting coordinationProvide proactive time management recommendations to clientsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements via ConcurPrepare and submit corporate card expense reportsMaintain program scope of support within agreed-upon service level agreementsEducate and inform clients on program goals, scope and service level agreementsDraft and send communications to clients about transitions or changes in supportProvide coverage support for Admin Specialist colleaguesCollaborate with global Admin Specialist colleagues on best practices and knowledge sharingMinimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of relevant high-volume coordination experience3+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 2 or more executives3+ years of relevant experience managing calendars for 2 or more executivesExperience prioritizing multiple tasks and activitiesExperience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Concur or similar programsExperience exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate actionPreferred Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting 3+ more executives simultaneouslyExperience building relationships across a larger company3+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 3 or more executives3+ years of experience managing expense reportsStrong customer focus, preferably in a customer service or front of house environmentPublic Compensation:$40.38/hour to $55.48/hour + bonus + equity + benefitsIndustry: InternetEqual Opportunity:Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
