Job Description:

IntePros is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive and advanced administrative support to Procurement & Supply Chain Leadership team with our client in Sioux Falls, SD.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Input and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with preparation of reports.
  • Assist with processing invoices.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and other group members.
  • Facilitate the resolution of questions, requests, and inquiries, and route documentation appropriately and completely.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of three years of Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in the latest MS Office suite and database software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to arrive at effective solutions independently.
