* Experience with purchasing, invoicing, or vendor communications.
* Exceptional organization and times management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
Job Summary:
To provide professional and administrative coordination of human resource and financial management activities.
Job Duties:
* Responsible for providing timely status updates.
* Serve as liaison to staff in other entity processing units and other support areas.
* Interacts with customer toward effective problem resolution and assists with questions regarding policies, procedures, and operations of the entity.
* Identifies operation problems and implements changes to provide solutions.
* Adheres to internal controls established for department.
