**Purpose**
Acquires basic knowledge and develops basic skills through mentored work experiences. Applies learned knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
**Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Direction**
+ Perform work under direct supervision of an experienced professional and follow established procedures and clearly defined processes.
**At the Operational and Company Level**
+ Primarily interacts with internal team members and peers across multiple departments within the organization to gain knowledge and assist in preparing deliverables.
**Do the Work**
+ Applies learned knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.
+ Perform a variety of functional tasks related to department's operational needs such as data entry, research, billing, reconciliation/audit, scanning/filing, etc.
+ Research and prepare reports relating to departmental projects and activities.
+ May perform basic computations or analysis.
+ Perform other specific departmental duties as assigned/needed.

**Qualifications**
+ Must be actively enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program.
+ Must have successfully completed an internship with the Company.
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
**Physical Demands and Working Environment**
+ Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include exposure to bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
+ Mobility around an office environment.
+ Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
