Job Description Assists in performing diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department. Job Responsibility
- Assists in performing diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors; Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages; Scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Collecting payments; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
Additional Details: $2,000 Sign-on Bonus - For qualified Full-Time candidates. First half paid out at 6 months, final half paid out at 12 months.
- Heavy phone work
- Efficiently answer patient inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone
- Document all accounts, update patient demographics, and create medical records
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service
Availability to work within the following Hours of Operation for the in person position:
- Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday (8am-8pm), Friday (8am-7pm), Monthly/Quarterly - Saturday or Sunday (9am-3pm)
- In person position - Garden City location
