Job Summary:
The position will serve as part of a team that provides administrative support for the Oklahoma Aerospace Institute for Research and Education
Duties for this position includes the following:
* Provide quality customer service for a diverse group of internal and external customers, including faculty, staff and students.
* Process all purchase requests utilizing P-Card and OK Corral.
* Submit travel requests and vouchers within the AIRS system as well as purchase airline tickets.
* Process Facility Management requests
* Order office supplies and maintain copiers and printers
* Manage and delegate work for student workers.
* Maintain conference calendars
* Other tasks as assigned

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
One year of clerical/customer service experience.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to positive interface with the public, students, faculty, and other University staff. The ability to multi-task with continual interruptions. Good communication, telephone, and computer skills, and ability to accurately complete assigned tasks using initiative and with minimal supervision. Willingness to help and learn new tasks to support the division.
Preferred Qualifications:
Six or more years of clerical or customer service experience.
