Job Description:

**Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist in a mechanical/technical environment. This is a temporary position ideal for candidates with a mechanical or technical background, though no specific experience is required. The role will involve administrative tasks, including data entry, tracking parts, and supporting warranty requests. The candidate should be comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting parts (up to 50 lbs.) and moving them to different areas of the facility. + Location: Erie, PA (16531)

+ Pay Rate: $18 per hour

+ Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible lunch break)

+ Experience Required: 1 to 6 years of prevous related experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform administrative tasks related to field-returned parts and warranty requests.

+ Request and collect parts from the Warehouse and move them to various evaluation areas within the plant.

+ Enter part return information into computer systems and print tracking sheets for each part.

+ Conduct basic condition evaluations of returned parts.

+ Track the status, location, and condition of returned parts throughout the process.

+ Generate weekly reports on returned parts: received, in-process, and completed.

+ Create customer failure reports by editing and formatting engineering analysis information.

+ Communicate effectively with engineers and product service personnel to ensure analysis statuses are updated and progressing.

+ Assist in creating and maintaining records for Asset Records, Material Return, and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for returned parts and warranty claims.

**Qualifications:**

+ 1-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an administrative role.

+ General mechanical and electrical aptitude is a strong plus.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a plant environment.

+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments to ensure timely resolution of tasks.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
