Ventura County Adult Day Health Care is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team in Oxnard, CA 93030. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate community resources to provide comprehensive social services Utilize human services expertise to support individuals in crisis Collaborate with licensed clinical professionals for substance abuse and mental health interventions Develop treatment and discharge plans for participants Implement telehealth services for behavioral health support Provide therapeutic interventions for trauma and psychiatric care Manage outpatient case load with compassion and professionalism Company Information: Ventura County ADHC provides a safe and secure place within a comfortable, caring and loving environment for adults 18 and older. Under the supervision of a registered dietician, ADHC provides a daily mid-morning snack and nutritious hot lunch. The ADHC's experienced staff provides continuous supervision and gives individual attention to the participant's needs. The center also assists the participants and their families in learning about, as well as coping with the unique challenges of aging.
