What you will do:
The Administrator of Quality Management administers the Center's Quality Management Plan to assure that regulatory requirements are met and serves as the Center's Right Protection Officer. This position's duties will include the following:
* Ensures that reporting occurs within designated time frames and improvements to the system of care are continuous
* Manages the internal auditing process to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal laws and guidelines, performance Contracts, CCBHC Certification and other applicable regulations.
* Coordinates with other QM/UM and agency staff in order to collect quality related data and address needed improvements in the service delivery system
* Conducts quality management investigations
* Oversees audit requests by regulating agencies and reports results to the Director of Quality Management and Support
* Implements and provides ongoing monitoring of corrective action as needed to address deficiencies
* Will have person to person, correspondence and telephone contact with Tri-County Staff, consumers, regulatory agencies, volunteers, other MHIDD Center staff, elected officials, family members of persons served, advocates, contractors, and other providers or stakeholders
* Performs work that affects the business to a substantial degree, must exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
* Will supervise one staff and will be responsible for hiring, coaching, training and evaluating job performance
* Serves as the Center's Back-up Trainer for the Training Department
* In and out of region travel required

To be considered, you will need:
* Master's degree in Human Services field.
* Holds license qualifying as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT). LPC-A will be considered at a lesser salary.
* 4 years experience working in a behavioral health or comparable healthcare setting.
* 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience a plus.
* Experience in Quality or Utilization Management strongly preferred.
* Ability to adjust between working independently and as a collaborative team player.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong people and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license and insurable through Tri-County.

Offenses that are not an absolute bar to employment but may be considered a contraindication will also be considered during the pre-employment process. Tri-County will also complete a driver's license check.
