- Hours: 8:00PM to 6:30AM

Responsibilities:The Administrator on Duty will be responsible for:
- Managing hospital operations and ensuring smooth workflows during assigned shifts
- Conducting rounds across patient care and support areas to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervising and assisting staff, providing guidance, and resolving patient care issues
- Addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Leading emergency response efforts and ensuring compliance with emergency protocols
- Supporting drills and training for emergency preparedness
- Monitoring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Facilitating clear and effective communication between departments
- Preparing detailed reports on incidents, operational issues, and patient care concerns for senior leadership
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2-5 years in healthcare management or an administrative role, preferably within a hospital setting
- Leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement processes
- Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions
