About the role This position involves ensuring the accuracy of Customer Master data, managing processes, and administering rebate programs. Key responsibilities include driving improvements in data management, working closely with various teams to streamline the integration and upkeep of customer information, and supporting effective collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the setup of new customer accounts, updating and maintaining the customer database, ensuring validation, and implementing requested changes
- Facilitate the full cycle of internal rebate programs, including the acquisition of required documentation and approvals, conducting audits, and processing credit entries and retrievals
- Retrieve and analyze large quantities of customer and/or sales data from multiple systems
- Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with senior management and teams across multiple functional areas
- Perform Ad hoc assignments/projects with initiative as they arise to support the broader goals of the Sales Support team
Qualifications
- Strong data entry, analysis, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear and effective interaction with all levels of the organization
- Ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with Oracle is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as a team
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role or customer service experience
- Knowledge of Customer Master data, Finance and Sales is a plus
