Administrator Sexual Health and Infectious Diseases Program - ColumbiaThrive in this highly visible position working under the Director of the Sexual Health and Infectious Diseases Program. This role is responsible for development and implementation of all aspects of the Sexual Health and Infectious Diseases Program including Operations, Quality, Strategy and Sustainability Planning. This position will manage a multidisciplinary team including clinical and management staff. It will manage expenditures of program related funds and will participate in preparation and monitoring of grant proposals and RFPs. This role will support team-based and integrated model of care, including liaison for inpatient and outpatient programs, as well as relationships with other services at NYP and Community Based Organizations.Preferred CriteriaMaster s degree in an applicable field (MPH, MHA)Required CriteriaMinimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare administrationBachelor s degreeExperience in government-regulated healthcare environmentsFamiliar with Designated AIDs Center RegulationProficient with healthcare reform and local policiesExperience with commercial and government reimbursement algorithms and guidelinesProficiency with computer systems (MS Project Management, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Kronos, EMR (Epic) Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to direct work, drive change and effectively collaborate within enterprise and supporting agencies Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
