Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our team at one of the nation's leading providers of post-acute healthcare services. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to become Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) by providing comprehensive training and mentorship within the skilled nursing facility setting. As an AIT, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments and functions under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Participation: Engage in a structured training program designed to provide exposure to all facets of skilled nursing facility administration.
- Departmental Rotations: Rotate through departments such as finance, human resources, nursing, dietary services, and activities to gain practical knowledge and understanding.
- Policy and Compliance: Learn and implement facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Quality Improvement: Assist in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Staff Management: Gain insights into staffing procedures, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Financial Oversight: Participate in financial management activities such as budgeting, billing, and cost control under the guidance of the Administrator.
- Resident Relations: Interact with residents and their families to understand their needs and concerns, fostering positive relationships and improving service delivery.
- Project Participation: Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing facility operations and resident outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
