JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Recovery Support Technician - Admissions, is responsible for the completion of the RST/non-clinical work being done in the Admissions Department including but not limited to, scheduling, guiding clients through the referral, and managing logistics of daily intakes, and communication with community partners. This includes managing the admissions line and triaging calls in an on-call capacity on nights and weekends.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLEThe position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, or GED. Two years post-secondary education preferred. One year prior experience in a treatment facility, or similar setting (or other specialized knowledge and experience). Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Must have ability to meet people and be CPR certified, upon 30 days of employment
