Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Events and Operations, the Admission Volunteer Coordinator is vital in strengthening the connection between the University and its alums and parent community by engaging them in recruitment initiatives. This position is responsible for building and managing a network of enthusiastic volunteers who support efforts to recruit high school students, share their experiences, and inspire the next generation of students to choose the University. The Admission Volunteer Coordinator works closely with the Valparaiso University Career and Alumni Network, organizing and coordinating both in-person and virtual special events for high-level volunteers. Communicating with alums, vendors, and other Valpo staff is a significant job responsibility. This position requires close attention to detail, so organization is essential.
