Admissions AdvisorRequisition IDreq31772Working TitleAdmissions AdvisorPosition Grade10Position Summary The Admissions Advisor processes admissions applications, determines admissibility, transferability of credit, and residency for tuition purposes for all new and readmitting undergraduate, and non-degree students. Additionally, this position processes admissions applications for graduate admissions. The Admissions Advisor acts as a liaison with various constituencies including students, parents, high school and college officials, faculty, academic departments, and colleges. This position utilizes computerized systems to communicate with students, process admissions, prepare reports, analyze data and assists with implementation of admissions-related policies and procedures.See the Position Description for additional information.Conditions of EmploymentMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in an education environment
  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English and Spanish
