He or she assesses new patients utilizing the nursing process in the development of nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, provides medication reconciliation on newly admitted and discharged patients and coordinates care utilizing available resources and the environment. The ages of the patients served are neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Exceptions include no neonates in surgery and no neonates, pediatric, or adolescent patients in psychiatry.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Currently Registered Nurse licensed in Tennessee
