POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the communitys profitability and census goals. Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and community Policies and Procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • College education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, marketing, and/or public relations is preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working in a healthcare setting.

Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available
  • Shifts Needed: 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Wage: Based on Experience
