Job DetailsJob LocationAurora High School - Aurora, COPosition TypePart TimeSalary Range$22.51 HourlyJob CategoryAdmin - ClericalDescription*Scheduled work days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:30am - 4:00pm.The Admissions Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Admissions and is responsible for a wide variety of tasks associated with student enrollment and state reporting requirements.Job Duties:
  • Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website.
  • Maintains high degree of confidentiality in accordance with FERPA requirements.
  • Assists with processing new student enrollment through SchoolMint and OLR.
  • Provides enrollment assistance, either in person or on the phone, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adheres to all admissions, enrollment, and withdrawal procedures and policies.
  • Assists with state reporting requirements as requested by Director of Admissions.
  • Assists in maintaining documents, files, and records for audit compliance.
  • Assists with building transcripts for new incoming students as applicable.
  • Assists with transcripts requests and school records requests for students.
  • Assists with answering student/parent questions, updating student records, resetting IC passwords, and other tasks as requested.
  • Composes documents for the Director of Admissions as requested.
  • Assists in coordinating the schools graduation ceremony and other events as requested.
  • Participates in professional development as requested by the Director of Admissions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsQualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
