**WonderWorks Orlando is seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals with high energy and a passion for delivering superior guest service to join our Admissions team, as an Admissions Attendant!**

Benefits and Perks as a WonderWorks Team Member:

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner as they enter and exit WonderWorks Orlando.

* Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance related to all aspects of WonderWorks.

* Answer telephones and redirect calls in a courteous, professional manner.

* Handle cash, credit cards, and travelers' checks and balance register with sales.

* Upsell guests on additional services and products offered at the admissions counter.

* Monitor attendance numbers and be aware of guest alerts.

* Address and manage all guest complaints and concerns that occur during shifts and contact MOD if additional assistance is needed.

* Follow checklist for required duties and timeline

* Read departmental pass down log and communicate with previous and future shifts any relevant information.

* Attend scheduled shifts and employee meetings as required.

* Keep the admission and lobby area neat and clean.

* Provide information to callers such as driving directions and pricing information.

* Support the Sales & Marketing team by putting together collateral packets, fulfilling brochure requests, and maintaining sales databases as requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A high school diploma or GED is required. Hospitality or related field with one to three years experience in guest service position required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Night, Holidays and weekend availability is a requirement of this position.
