Location: 1200 McCutchen Rd, Rolla - MOAs Admissions Director / Clinical Liaison you will:
  • Lead the admissions process from initial inquiry to admission, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families.
  • Evaluate and recommend adjustments to admission practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with new referral partners and sources, developing sales strategies to increase admissions.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and other department heads as needed to facilitate admissions.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly census reports to track occupancy and identify trends.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices, safety rules, and accident prevention procedures within the admissions process.
Qualifications:
  • Clinical Background Required: RN, LPN, or other relevant clinical licensure preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or clinical liaison roles within a skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Drive & Energy: Passion for connecting with people and the ability to lead with compassion and precision.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and standards, particularly in long-term care or skilled nursing.
