Fulltime Admissions Director position available at Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center!
- Monday through Friday dayshift role with manager on duty (MOD) rotation
Job Duties
- Receive and follow work schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established policies and procedures.
- Assist in interviewing residents/guardians/sponsors and obtaining required admission information and signatures.
- Admit and prepare identification records for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain an accurate record of available beds.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the Center.
- Provide residents with admission information packet (e.g., resident rights, notice of privacy practices, admissions contract, etc.). Review as necessary.

- COVID Vaccination Required
- Minimum 2+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.
- Previous healthcare community relations experience.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admission/marketing responsibilities may dictate.
