- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from an accredited college or university or nursing license in the State of Michigan.
- Three (3) years experience with demonstrated success in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home or related health care facility required.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long term care.
