An admission nurse is the first point of contact between a patient and hospital. The Admission Nurse is an in-office setting position; collecting pre-admission screening, patient medical history and ensure all necessary forms of documentation are completed to satisfy insurance obligations. Education Qualifications- Associates degree in nursing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications- 2 years staff RN experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Pay Range:$32.58 - $48.87A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
