Posting DetailsPosition Information Winthrop Position Title Admissions Operations Coordinator State Title Operations Assistant II State Class Code AH74 State Pay Band 04 Annual Salary/Hiring Range $42,856 Job Purpose Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, the Admissions Operations Coordinator provides technical and records management support for Office of Admissions operations and recruitment activities.Job Summary
- Processes incoming documents for freshman applicants.
- Accurately enters all required data and updates application records as needed.
- Processes internal and external data requests, including application withdrawal and major, term and address changes.
- Reviews and updates student data daily using a series of auditing and troubleshooting queries to ensure data integrity/quality meet Winthrop standards.
- Imports data daily from a variety of sources to support recruitment efforts.
- Develops new auditing queries and data cleansing rules as needed.
- Assists in the planning, execution and coordination of CRM-related projects, including system upgrades and new feature implementations.
- Serves as a point of contact for internal and external users experiencing CRM-related issues.
- Assists in system maintenance, including application cycle preparation, query and report updates, and new user and security access.
- Stays abreast of CRM best practices and recommends system enhancements.
- Assists in creating, maintaining, updating and enhancing portals for internal and external users, including layout/design and content, and ensures data displayed are accurate and current.
- Manages the Admissions email account using Slate CRM inbox module.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- One year of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Banner and Slate software.
- One year of experience in admissions or higher education.
