Join us now to do purposeful work with our diverse and respectful team .Job Title: Admissions Receptionist Job Summary Responsible for greeting and assisting guests and visitors, answering phones, and ensuring calls are routed appropriately throughout the organization . Essential Job Functions
- Create a positive, enthusiastic, and favorable first impression for all patients, residents, and visitors
- Answer incoming calls, providing general information and ensure calls are routed appropriately.
- Assist guests and visitors upon arrival
- Other duties as assigned, includes serving as backup for facility tours, room setup, and uploading admissions documents
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times with mandatory uniform
Job Requirements Education:
- High school or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of one-year experience in a reception or customer service setting, preferably in healthcare or hospitality. Consideration may be given to appropriate combination of education/training, and proven experience .
Licenses/Certifications:
Abilities Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish required, English/Creole a plus)
- Computer proficiency required
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability multi-task
- Outstanding customer service skills
