Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Evening 3p-11p

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents, families, and referral sources.

Provide information about the admissions process, facility services, and care programs.

Assist with the completion of admissions forms and required documentation.

Coordinate and facilitate facility tours for prospective residents and their families.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions and prospective residents.

Participate in community outreach efforts to build and maintain referral relationships.

Support the admissions team with events, open houses, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Alabama Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Compact License

Proven experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or admissions role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of long-term care services, Medicaid/Medicare, and insurance processes is a plus.
