Job DescriptionPart Time Admitting Representative: St. Vincent's Westchester HospitalThe Evaluation and Referral Representative is responsible for screening all referrals for psychiatric and substance abuse admissions, this includes collecting demographic, next of kin information as well as financial information and other pertinent data. Also obtains referral source information for marketing purposes.Physical Demands:Light lifting, standing, sitting, heavy phone volume, patient and family contactRequirements:Experience in a healthcare environmentHigh School Graduate, Bachelor's Degree preferredComputer Literacy, knowledge of Windows and HISPay: 1199 Collective Bargaining Rates
