Summary:
The Senior Adobe Marketing Consultant will leverage expertise in Adobe solutions to optimize marketing strategies, improve operations, and provide hands-on support. You will consult on best practices, streamline processes, and maximize the use of Adobe tools, aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- MarTech Strategy & Integration:
- Configure, customize, and integrate Adobe solutions with other marketing platforms to meet specific business needs.
- Marketing Operations Optimization:
- Streamline marketing workflows, develop automation processes (campaign management, lead nurturing, segmentation), and recommend improvements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use Adobe Analytics to track performance, derive insights, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
- Consulting & Training:
- Provide guidance on Adobe solutions, conduct training sessions, and develop documentation to support effective tool usage.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and execute Adobe solution projects from planning to post-implementation, collaborating with IT and marketing teams.
- Strategic Consultation:
- Advise on Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Experience Manager, to support marketing strategies.
- Technical Expertise:
- Build and manage queries, develop XDM schemas, support data integration, and leverage Adobe tools for segmentation and personalization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years in marketing consulting or operations, with a focus on Adobe solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Campaign, AEM).
- Strong understanding of data schemas, APIs, and integration processes.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and experience managing multiple projects.
