**Position Description:**
As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect, you will help drive business growth and enhance customer experience. Expected to provide best-fit architectural solutions across entire Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including AEM, Launch, Target, CJA, Commerce and CDP. Works closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, and business analysts to build a state-of-the-art Digital Marketing Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing suite of products.
**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
Lead the design and implementation of AEM-based architectures to support digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with existing systems.
Identify when to use out-of-the-box functionality or core components verse custom components.
Design caching and security strategies (Dispatcher, firewall, CDN)
Define strategies to support multi-site and multi-language.
Integrate third-party (SSO, Address Validation) and Adobe products (Target, CJA, CDP) with AEM.
Drive the development of AEM authoring practices ensuring content is dynamic and user centric.
Oversee the backend development of AEM optimizing performance and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility and operational stability of AEM solutions.
Provide expert guidance on AEM system engineering and support engineering best practices.
Stay abreast of the latest AEP and AEM features and updates.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate the teams expertise in AEP and AEM.
Work closely with the Marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Champion the adoption of AEM across organizations by demonstrating its impact on business outcomes.
Provide on-going technical support to business as well as a team of AEM engineers, functional SMEs, and business analysis across the organization.
Expected to ensure the backend functions are correct and be able to translate business requirements into scalable system processes and workflows.
Ability to work in a hectic, fast-paced organization, and filled with high-pressure situations daily.
Assess functional and technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an architect building AEM Sites.
Ability to work in AEM as a Cloud Service setting up environments and infrastructure.
Adobe AEM, Target, CJA, CDP, Certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $77,200 - $213,800.
