Description
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for attorneys, focusing on professional development, technical skills, and leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for various levels of attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal impact.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in attorney professional development and training.
- Partner with HR and department leads to align training initiatives with firm goals and priorities.
- Manage and track attorney training progress, ensuring that all required training and certifications are completed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 5 years of attorney training experience within a law firm environment.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering legal training programs.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of attorneys.
- High-level organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with legal industry best practices for attorney development and training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Offer
