What You'll Do: - Support individuals in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs
- Administer medication, report concerns, and provide physical assistance when needed

- Attend service meetings and transport individuals to appointments, work, or recreational activities in state vehicles

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 months of direct care experience
- Capable of providing physical assistance, including lifting and supporting individuals
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive state vehicles
