Job Type Full-timeDescriptionMonadnock Family Services (MFS) is seeking a Clinical Intake and Group Specialist who will perform Adult Bio-psychosocial Assessments and Eligibility Determinations for intake into all MFS Adult services in the Keene and Peterborough offices. This role will also assist in the planning, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing of intake practices for adult outpatient therapeutic, rehabilitative, support, and community integration services across all MFS satellite offices. Additional responsibilities include facilitating treatment groups relative to consumer needs.Requirements
- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, psychosocial rehabilitation or related human services field, and is Eligible for NH license (LCMHC, LICSW); and third party reimbursement.
- Two years experience in community based psychosocial rehabilitation treatment or Case Management services.
- Life experiences may substitute for the experience requirement.
- Travel to satellite offices as needed.
