Our Care Teams provide 24/7 full circle care to meet all social, medical and emotional needs of our residents while providing them with opportunities for the highest quality life possible.As a DSP, you will assist our residents with all activities of daily living, participate in and carry out developmental activities, implement goal plans and behavioral management programs, assist with meal preparation, general housekeeping functions and transportation for social and medical appointments, and provide overall support to the residents and the program.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with medically fragile individuals and/or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
