Fraser is seeking a Clinical Trainee or a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) to support in Frasers Adult Mental Health program. You will provide clinical therapy services to adults including outpatient therapy, group facilitation and assessments. Fraser provides training and growth opportunities!Qualifications:
- Clinical Trainee: Master's degree completed in clinical mental health counseling or related field and pursuing independent licensure
- Mental Health Professional: active LICSW, LMFT, LPCC Licensure
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License
- Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background check
- Experience providing services to adults with mental illness required
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient therapy for adult clients
- Provide initial screening and assessment according to presenting need for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
- Provide other clinical services based on client and business needs.
To qualify, you must have a completed Master's Degree and hold or are actively pursuing an active independent licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) or are pursuing licensure. Bilingual candidates encouraged to applyLocation:
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday- Friday during standard business hours
- Salary: starting clinical trainee $62,000, starting Mental Health Professional $78,000, actual offer will depend on qualifications (DOQ) and licensure status.
