Our client located in New York, NY is looking for an Adult Nurse PractitionerType: PermSchedule: Full Time Weekdays Monday Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm or Monday and Wednesday 10am -6pm Additionally 1 Saturday per month 8am-4pmLocation: New York, NYSummary:* Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting.* Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functionJob description:* Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients* Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management.* Maintain accurate, detailed reports/records and participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities.* On-call responsibilities, shared on holidays by the team on call demand is light* Familiar with Adult Medicine at a busy practice of mainly underserved population and immigrants* Ability to work alone and not needing a collaborating physician when seeing patients* A single center, with lots of opportunity to build/create programming and clinical research* Familiar and a desire to work in a community health setting* Bilingual Spanish - PreferredQualifications:* Current New York State Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License* NCAA Certified* DEA Certification* CPR Certification* Infection Control Certification* Medicaid Provider ID NumberPlease email: ...@itmmi.comPay Rate: 130K-140K Annual#LI-AC1
