Job Title: Adult Services Program (Day Services) Director, Community Care Connections (Butler PA)Post Date: 9/4/2024Expiration Date: 12/3/2024Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to oversee our organization's Adult Services Day Services division. As the Director, you will be responsible for providing frontline supervision to the Employment Services team and delivering employment services directly, while also providing director-level oversight and support to the GO Center (2380) and STAY Program. This position requires managing and overseeing various aspects of our dynamic Day Services, including providing oversight and direction to program managers and Direct Support Professionals. This is a leadership role that requires strong managerial skills and a deep understanding of Employment Services, person-centered initiatives, and 6100 / 2380 regulations with an emphasis on personal choice and the achievement of individual goals and greater independence. The director ensures all services are compliant with CCC policies, state and federal laws and requirements, PA-ODP regulations, PA-OLTL regulations, and OVR guidelines.About Us: We are a preferred provider of IDD/A services in the Butler area with a mission of empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities/Autism to live safely and more independently in their homes, schools, neighborhoods, and communities. We expect our staff to provide support services in a compassionate, respectful manner that recognizes and honors individual choices.Duties:Oversee the process used for development and implementation of Individual Support Plans, ensuring individuals' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.Supervise managers and coordinators to ensure we are delivering high-quality, inclusive services to program participants.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including individual rights and safety protocols focusing on the individual's right to choose.Manage the budgets for various services, including monitoring expenses and revenue, and making strategic financial decisions.Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.Maintain effective communication with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IDD/A care to continuously improve the quality of services provided.Schedule Employment DSPs and obtain the certifications needed to deliver Employment Services directly.Provide strategic guidance and systems development to managers and other leaders to maximize program quality, community inclusion, participant empowerment, and Everyday Lives.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or education related field from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with disabilities.Or a Master's degree in human services, psychology, or an education related field from an accredited college or university and one year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.Proven experience working in a leadership role in IDD/A service sector and community settings.Knowledge of Individual Support Plans, Individual rights, and Chapters 6100 and 2380 regulations.Experience with OVR and PA-Employment First initiatives preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with individuals, families, staff members, and external stakeholders.ACRE Basic or equivalent Employment Services Certification.Able to obtain Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances (cost paid by company).Able to pass drug, physical, and TB screenings (cost paid by the company).Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits:Competitive wages.Excellent support system to allow for a good work/life balance.Generous Holiday, Vacation, Sick, and Personal paid time off package.401(k) options with company matching funds.Fully paid health insurance.Company paid life insurance.Low-cost options for vision, dental, and AFLAC policies.Job Type: Full-timeContact: Andrea MorganWork Phone: 724-###-#### x250Email: amorgan@Website: #J-18808-Ljbffr
