Responsibilities
Responsibilities + Requirements:
- Administer neurotoxin (Botox , Dysport , Daxxify) as well as dermal fillers in a skilled manner with high attention to detail (both on and off-label)
- Work directly with our plastic surgeons to ensure your skills meet our patients' high expectations while feeling comfortable and confident working without supervision
- Assess facial structures, perform skin analysis, and develop thoughtful and highly personalized treatment plans with patients' personal goals at the forefront of every decision.
- Educate patients about all relevant, aesthetic treatments offered at Aethos
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and standard of service
- Attend team meetings and continuing education events
- Complete accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client including consistent and quality before & after photography
- Complete and maintain accurate required medical documentation: intake forms, consent forms, medical history, medical records to assure patient safety
- Follow up with clients in a timely fashion after treatment to ensure excellent patient care while building and maintaining a strong client base
- Contribute to educational material and marketing content
- Comply with company protocols, policies, and relevant health and safety requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an aesthetic medical injector
- Current NY State License
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Must maintain yearly continued education
- Able to clearly articulate treatment plans with empathy

- Salary: Salary will be highly competitive, with a strong productivity component, and will depend based on experience and education.
- Salary below is base and will depend on experience and capabilities. Commission is on top of the hourly.
