Job Summary and Qualifications

The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing all levels of pharmacy clinical services. This includes monitoring patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions as well as supporting all aspects of pharmacy operations.

What qualifications you will need:

• BLS and ACLS required within first 2 months of employment
• Current Licensure by the CO Board of Pharmacy as a registered pharmacist
• B.S. or Doctorate of pharmacy (Pharm D)
• Minimum of 1 year hospital clinical pharmacy experience
