Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Advanced Direct Support Professionals to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.The Advanced Direct Support Professional teaches, coaches, and supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. This position acts as a role model to support and assist individuals to have everyday lives . This includes opportunities to meet new people, develop friendships, find and maintain employment, exercise choice, maintain activities of daily living, and accomplish personal goals.

Minimum Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of work experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors or dual diagnosis of intellectual disability and mental health
- ODP recognized DSP certification or ability to be enrolled, pursue, and obtain a certification upon hire
- Effective communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems
- Valid driver's license and access to properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
