Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities- Limited decision making, related to the scope of the specific task.
- Interfaces with other departments in the execution of duties to ensure the orderly flow of material and information.
- Under some supervision, perform routine experiments and troubleshooting. Adjust variables as directed, take specified data, and bring equipment irregularities to the attention of the supervisor.
- Perform work from detailed instructions.
- Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions.
- From detailed instructions, set up or modify equipment, calibrate and operate equipment (mainly routine tests & manufacturing operations).
- Maintain accurate records of the work performed and other records as may be required by management.
- Maintains daily production output.
- May participate in quality control inspections.
- Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
- Complies with all EHS and Quality procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications- Associate degree in Applied Science (AAS) or GED/Local equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a technical field.
Desired Characteristics- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Technology related fields.
