The Operator I position is responsible for packaging a quality product with a high level of productivity. Winland Foods is a private label manufacturer of a wide variety of food products. - Owns overall responsibility of the line
- Acts as the line leader
- Directs the changeover process
- Offers direction to others working on the line
- Completes quality checks when operating production lines.
- Organize and coordinate activities on your line.
- Ensure proper placards are in place for production.
- Coordinate, direct and assist with change-overs.
- Monitor hourly line performance
- Ensure your line is staffed properly.
- Verify that you have all the necessary material to run your lines. Materials include; mix, packaging supplies, and labels.
- Complete all required paperwork neatly, accurately, and completely.
- Other duties as assigned.
