OverviewResponsibilities:As an outpatient palliative care advanced practice provider, you will provide compassionate and holistic care to patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other specialists to address the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of patients and caregivers.
