Advanced Reputation Management Strategist

JOB SUMMARY:
The ARM Strategist will work in a team environment and is responsible for providing strategic reputation management services for our clients. The ARM Strategist will be responsible for managing social and non-social online reputations for a select client base.
This role will manage all aspects of daily online reputation for clients. This includes identifying and responding to positive and negative reviews and building business listings.
The ideal candidate should also be comfortable in a client-faced role with strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual will be required to present ARM audit findings and implementation plans to our clients via conference calls.
This role is 2 days / week in our Amherst, NY office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Monitors and manages client's online reputation.
* Performs daily positive and negative reviews identification.
* Performs quality assurance prior to launching campaigns to ensure accuracy of campaigns.
* Works directly with the client to develop strategic responses to reviews.
* Works with other ARM Strategists to prioritize and complete all assigned daily tasks.
* Recommends strategies that help the client achieve positive reviews.
* Builds and monitors numerous online business directory listings for clients.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
The candidate must have a detailed work ethic, be highly motivated, well organized and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individual customers. Candidate must have solid time management and written/oral communication skills. Computer skills are required for this position.
In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York State. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York State, is $38,500. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
