Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As an Advanced Systems Engineer for the Autonomous Maritime Platforms Business, youll be a member of a highly skilled cross functional team responsible for the development, implementation, and testing of advanced autonomous systems. We are looking for a dynamic individual to take a leadership role in our mission, supporting a variety of our platforms and customers as a lead team member or deputy lead for a small team. • Strong background in the Undersea Domain and Systems engineer process, concepts, and principles
• Experience leading teams of 2-5 cross discipline engineers through rapid system design and implementation
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and tools proficiency.
