Job Title: Advanced Systems Welder Project Line Expansion - 10 to 15 Welders Needed Day Shift Department: Steel Fabrication Reports to: Fabrication Supervisor Classification: Non Exempt/Hourly Hiring Bonus: $2,500.00 Hiring Bonus To Be Paid Out After 90 Days of Employment Job Summary: Weld sheetmetal and structural parts per print, customer, and quality requirements Responsibilities: Must be knowledgeable in MIG welding Blueprint reading and standards (supervisor will provide on the job training as needed) Make fixtures as required to make job more efficient Weld in all directions Do fit ups Metal finishing as required Assist others in the department as needed Must have excellent attendance Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and understand prints Able to understand weld symbols Ability to weld all types of metals aluminum, steel, and stainless Operate a forklift is optional Operate a crane is optional Operate Spot Welder and Stud Gun is optional Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation Specific Qualifications Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and when applicable if duties involve operating motor vehicle must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.
