You will manage phone numbers, employee updates, and contact updates from ACU Dallas Records.

Process daily Calling Center invalid phone reports (Oct.-April)

Monitoring BioDem dashboard for employment updates.

Processing LinkedIn updates on alumni, as possible.

Monthly review of opt-out reports from ACU Dallas; This position is also available for other work as needed by Central Files which may include data entry projects, other special projects, or filing.

Manage Advancement Records phone numbers related to the Calling Center efforts, employment updates on primarily alumni records, and profile contact updates from ACU Dallas records.
