Job Title: Ad Sales Service Administrator
Location: New York, NY 10036 (hybrid 2 days at home)
Job Duration: 6-month contract, possible conversion
Primary Skills:
- Experience with Broadcasting, commercials, Advertisement, or media background.
- Experience with inventory management and log editing functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting principles is needed.
- A minimum of 1-2 years in cable industry or traffic area is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting principles is needed.
- We need someone with a very strong attention to detail and have the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an Ad Sales Services Administrator for Fox Sports, which supports the Sales Services team in commercial inventory management, log editing and short form deal building & maintenance.
- Duties include performing inventory management and log editing functions across our cable sports networks; handling oversell, product conflict and advertiser separation issues on the logs.
- Other responsibilities will be to use the segment times and formats provided to create or modify break patterns. Verifies that the programming for each primary and contingency log is accurate as per the programming department's schedules. Also shares duties for log reconciling
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent work experience.
