Job Description:
FUNCTION The Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of advertising campaigns at the facility. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support the overall marketing strategy.   • Coordinate the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including print, digital, social media, and broadcast.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging advertising content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the advertising budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed within financial parameters and deliver a positive return on investment.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and partnerships that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of advertising materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in advertising or marketing, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.
Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license #owensborogaming
