- Design and configure security roles and permissions within Workday, ensuring the appropriate levels of access for different user groups in alignment with Enbridge's overall framework and other requirements.
- Manage and configure domain and business process security policies.
- Work with multi-functional partners to understand business needs and ensure that security configurations support organizational goals.
- Conduct regular audits of security configurations and user access to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinating with Information Security and other relevant departments to mitigate and resolve issues promptly.
- Partner with Information Security teams to stay updated on enterprise security initiatives, the latest security threats and best practices to enhance the organization's security posture. Project Management:
- Project management involves handling projects from scoping to post-implementation, including stakeholder interactions, creating weekly status reports, handling risks, resourcing, budgeting, setting milestones, resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and conducting post-project analyses with documented lessons learned. Who You Are:
- You possess a related University degree or a 2-year technical diploma along with 4+ techno functional IT experience.
- Progressive knowledge of Workday, including experience in administering Workday security.
- Proficiency in configuring and handling Workday Security Groups (e.g role-based, user based).
- Superb communication skills for explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques - process mapping, analysis, design and re-engineering.
- ITIL v3 or higher Preferred to have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Integration design, time configuration and payroll, advanced configurations, Workday Learning, etc.
